Picture Retake Information
Picture retakes, club, and staff pictures will take place on Tuesday, Oct 29th.
With Dorian as our picture company, they do not take retakes of all of our students.
They only take pictures of students who:
- were absent on September 10th
- started school after September 10th
- need a new picture
This information will be in our Bobcat Blast to help answer any questions for families. If you can, send that information to your families as well in which ever way you communicate with your parents. Also, please inform your families that if they need an order form we have extras in the office. Additionally, online ordering is preferred and much easier.
Here is the flier from Dorian with information to parents and info regarding online ordering

STUDENT RETAKES will take place in the library. Below is an attachment with the list of students needing their picture taken. PTSA will assist with the list of students and retrieve those needing their picture taken, if you all can review the list and ensure those students go at the scheduled grade level time.

STAFF PICTURES will be on the steps in the cafeteria/MPR at 7:45am.
CLUB PICTURES will also be on the steps in the cafeteria. Starting at 8:40 I will make an all call for choir students to head to the cafeteria for pictures, band next, then student ambassadors. *I will have someone cover the class of those teachers taking a picture with their club students.
Student Attendance & Tardies
The office emailed a letter to the families of students who have had 10 or more absences so far this year. Letters were also sent to students who have been tardy over 18 times since the start of the school year.
Just "in queso" you forgot how awesome you are!
Join us in the coffee bar area on Wednesday, October 30th for a queso bar from 10:45 AM - 1:30 PM! We will have lots of crockpots of queso dip, all the toppings, and chips! We appreciate you!
Fall Class Party - Please enter your party time!
Behavior Team Update
October Precise Problem Statement:
Based on our September minor incident referral data disrespect/defiance, specifically in the area of not following directions had the highest number of FYI incident referrals. There are 11 incidents in all grade levels for not following directions.
October SMART Goal:
By December 3rd, we will decrease the number of referrals for disrespect/defiance, specifically in the area of not following directions, from 11 to 6 incidents per month. By December 3rd, all grade levels will teach a minimum of 2 Tier 1 lessons per month focused on following directions. Special area teachers will teach Tier 1 lessons on 10/17 & 10/18.
MRHS Annual Homecoming Parade!
Thank you for your support in carrying on this tradition for our students. We understand the parade takes away from instructional time but the event does strengthen parent and community relationships.
Our annual MRHS Parade is happening next Wednesday, October 30th.
Please proceed to your assigned grade level area at 9:25.
There might be some wait time once you are in your assigned spot as is the case with all parades!!!
We will have our own CC Fall Spirit week in honor of MRHS Homecoming parade. The spirit week begins on Monday, 10/28/24.
