A Letter From the Principal
Dear MDE Families,
The first quarter has officially come to an end! Report cards will be coming home on Monday, November 4, 2024. Please be sure to review your child's progress and ask them how they are progressing toward their academic goals this year. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to your child's teacher.
We will be having our Annual Veteran's Day Parade on Friday, November 8th at 9:00 AM in the bus loop. Parents are welcome to come to the bus loop to view the parade, and if you have a veteran in your family that would like to be a part of our event, please let us know! We are excited to honor our local veterans at this event.
Finally, we appreciate the families that came out to our first Books and Bagels event. We will be hosting more morning events this year. The purpose of these events is to provide some fun and educational activities for your to do with your children. We always appreciate parent support!
Please know that I am honored to be here at Mike Davis working with your children. Don't hesitate to reach out if there is anything I can do to support your child's growth.
