• Shout out everyone who is working hard to sell Mrs. Pumpkins items! The last I heard, the top seller is at 35+ items! Each child has received a challenge of selling 10 items! Order forms AND money are due on WEDNESDAY! Please do not let the forms or money be late.

1. We are in the home stretch of our Mrs. Pumpkin's Chicken Pie fundraiser. Keep selling pies for the last few days!
   Order Form/Money Due Date is Wednesday, September 11
   Order Pickup Day is Wednesday, September 18
2. The Arts Department will be traveling to New York City over Spring Break. We will have a trip meeting on Thursday, September 12 at 7:30 PM in the DCHS Auditorium. If you have not completed the interest form, please do so. If you have not completed the interest form, please do so below.
3. After School Practices This Week (PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THESE PRACTICES ARE VERY IMPORTANT FOR OUR SUCCESS AS AN ORGANIZATION!)
   Tuesday, September 10 (3:30-5:00 PM) - Marching Band Practice
   Wednesday, September 11 (3:30-5:00 PM) - Drumline Practice
   Thursday, September 12 (3:30-5:00 PM) - Marching Band Practice
4. The Fall Band Concert will take place on Thursday, October 17th at 7:00 PM. Call time for students is 6:00 PM. These are required and graded performances. Tickets are $7 and can be purchased online or at the door. Click the link below to order your tickets.

Hey everyone, great job last Friday at the game versus North Davidson. The Band sounded great and I am hearing a lot of improvement. I hope everyone is excited for another week of school. Make sure to sell those chicken pies as the fundraiser starts to wrap up. Thanks to all the parents as you continue to support your children. - Silas

Our official Band Booster Bylaws give us the ability to have committees for different aspects of our organization. This also gives opportunities for our families to be involved in a specific and intentional way. There are several opportunities to serve our program and the kids!
