The easiest way to keep up with schedules is to sync the band calendar to your phone! Add this url https://fcbands.boosterhub.com/ical-stream to your google or outlook calendar.
*If you are experiencing issues with your calendar synching, we recommend to un-sync and re-sync your calendar every once in a while to make sure your calendar is up-to-date.

There will be a link to order pep band jerseys sent out soon.
The jerseys will be $50 each for sizes XS-XL. 2XL will be $52 and 3XL will be $53.

Electric Mayhem & Static Havoc
Spirit Wear Orders for Electric Mayhem and Static Havoc will arrive in January. Communication will go out as soon as a pick up date is scheduled.
Static Havoc and Electric Mayhem calendars are up through December. Go to fcchoirs.org, and there are instructions for how to sync the calendar.
Winter Guard

Prop Donations Needed For Regional A Show
We are looking for some vintage inspired furniture for the Regional A show this year. Let us know if you have any of the following that you could loan or donate to the show this year. Please contact and send pictures to Kim Good at guardliaison@fcbands.org. We would like to have them within the next two weeks or sooner.
- Loveseat
- Dining room table (sturdy or could be made sturdy)
- Rolling cart that could resemble a kitchen island (stationary or on wheels)
- Twin size bed frame (with or without mattress)
- Small office desk

BAND FEES
Band Fees
New BoosterHub Invoice feature: most new invoices will give the option of partial payments.
Payments made easy: BoosterHub will automatically email an invoice to you. Please use the payment link in that invoice to make your monthly payments or partial payments. You can also apply credits using the same link. Although you still can, there is no need to make a payment through our website so long as you use the invoice link.

Disney Trip
Please remember to bring compression shorts and shirt, and tall black socks. If there are any concerns about uniforms in general for the trip, please email marchingbandliaison@fcbands.org.
FUNDRAISING
Several unsold/unused trash bags were found in the prop room. These are being sold at a discount:
$7.50 a roll for the white bags, 15 gallons/65 bags per roll (2 available)
$10 a roll for the yellow bags, 39 gallons/25 bags per roll (5 available)Contact Fundraising@fcbands.org for payment and pickup.
BEST Events
2025 Dates now available for BEST events. Please note, times have not been provided at this time. If you sign up, be sure to clear your schedule, for that day, so that when times are added there is no conflict. Some of the dates overlap with winter ensemble activities so be sure to check the band calendar for any potential conflicts. Be sure to read the full description on Signup Genius. Signing up commits you to working that shift. No shows / canceling may result in our program losing this opportunity.

Reminder for all parents and volunteers! ⭐
Please make sure you have a SafeVisitor background check on file with FTCSC. A cleared background check is required for all of our volunteers (this includes required volunteer shifts at our events and helping with props during competitions). Background Checks are good for 2 years.
