Hi my name is Jaretzi Navarro and I am so excited to graduate and excited to see where life takes me. The past four years at Legacy I have made the best friends I could ever wish to have, taken classes I haven't even heard of, and had lots of fun on VE field trips. My plans after high school would be to attend IVC for two years to get my general education, and then go to a four-year college to get a degree. My dream college would be the University of Southern California or the University of Santa Barbara. I plan on going to a four-year college to get a nursing degree and then going to nursing school to become a registered nurse. However, I want to specialize in pediatric emergency room nursing or labor and delivery. I believe that Mrs. Byun's class and Mr. Madueno's class taught me a lot of life lessons, life, as how to do my taxes, how to calculate probabilities, and study habits. For those life lessons and them as teachers, I am eternally grateful for them. I'm feeling scared but excited to finally be my own person outside of school. I'm very excited to see what the world has to offer. Hopefully, in ten years I will have a job I enjoy, I am well-traveled, and I still see my parents every weekend because I will miss them a lot. Hopefully, I will be much better at cooking and still see my friends because I don't know where I would be without them. I hope for financial freedom and the opportunity to give back to my community.

I am someone who loves to learn new skills every day. For all my life I've been someone who is very curious about the world around me, always asking questions about how things work, and would try to build my own inventions through legos or cardboard. I also love the outdoors, having gone to more than half of the states and lots of national parks, I enjoy hiking, rock climbing, and nature photography. I am planning to go to college for engineering to continue my love for problem-solving, math, and science. My Dream College would be UCLA because they have really good food and I love eating. I'm planning to go into some form of engineering, but I’m not completely sure yet. I applied to most schools for either electrical, mechanical, or aerospace engineering. I applied to these majors because I’m very interested in design and robotics. From Legacy, I will take the ability to work with groups of very different people and be able to use everyone's strengths in a group. I'm feeling excited about the future because I’m really looking forward to life in college. I plan to travel a lot in the future, as there are natural sights all around the world I still want to see in my life. I will keep up with my hobbies of photography and rock climbing for the rest of my life. I will still be living in California because all my family lives here and I want to stay in good touch. I hope to be working for SpaceX and their Starship program, which creates larger and more cost-effective space transportation for the moon and Mars.

Hello, my name is Cailyn Yahn and I am excited to be a part of LMA’s first graduating class of 2024. During my time at Legacy, I have actively participated in ASB, NHS, and many other clubs. I enjoy community service, traveling, and expressing my creativity through music and art. One of my proudest accomplishments is creating a Memory Cafe in Tustin, dedicated to supporting memory loss patients and their caregivers. I am planning to major in Business Administration at a UC or Cal State school in Southern California. Thereafter, in the next 10 years, I would like to attend law school and eventually move to South Korea. I am looking forward to starting this next chapter of my life.

We had another spectacular senior event with PTO! Students enjoyed delicious tacos and spending time with each other! Thank you to PTO for providing all these awesome events for our seniors!

Happy International Women's Day! In celebration of it, we are having our Queen of Hearts Tea Party today! Students brought the queen of their life to enjoy tea and hors d'oeuvres, and we also enjoyed playing some royal games with our queens! We loved seeing all of these strong powerful women in one place!

Next Wednesday we will be having our final Pep Rally of the year! This is for both high school and middle school, and we are so excited to celebrate our spring athletes. We have so many LMAzing things planned and can't wait to see you!

Seniors, we have released a limited amount of Grad Nite Tickets. You have until March 11th to purchase your tickets. Grad night will be on May 28th from 8:30pm-2am at Disney California Adventure! Tickets are $125 (including the mandatory bus fee).

Head to the TIDE Shack to buy your 7 Leaves Goodness Cards! The cards are $5, but have an insane value filled with BOGO deals and more! Make sure to buy them before they sell out!

March Madness has begun! Students will wear college wear on Wednesdays to compete against other classes in a bracket competition. Show your school spirit because the class with the highest participation wins a popsicle party! Participation will be counted in your Seminar class!
