The NCSPRA Corporate Partnership Program is all new for 2024 and offers a powerful menu of make-sense options that can align with any company's marketing budget!

Each partnership level is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We have included details of each package below along with a SIGN-UP BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM to reserve your preferred partnership level.

TWO REMAINING

This package includes the following:

• The opportunity to be among a select group of corporate partners to attend the in-person 2024 NCSPRA/SC-NSPRA Fall Conference at the Embassy Suites in downtown Asheville, North Carolina. **DUE TO STORM DAMAGE IN ASHEVILLE, THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL FEBRUARY 12-14, 2025**
• The Bronze package includes:

• Exhibit booth in the exhibit area for the duration of the conference

• Your company’s logo appearing in promotional materials and emails leading up to the NCSPRA/SC-NSPRA fall conference

This mid-level corporate partnership includes everything in the Bronze package plus the following:

• Exhibit booth in prime location for the duration of the 2024 NCSPRA / SC-NSPRA Fall Conference in Asheville, NC.
• Opportunity to have your company’s name listed as a sponsor of one General Session at the 2024 NCSPRA/SC-NSPRA Fall Conference

This select corporate partnership opportunity provides two years of benefits and is the only available package that includes the opportunity to present during NCSPRA events. It also provides exclusive access to multiple podcast sponsorships as well as all NCSPRA events and corresponding attendee lists through 2026. The GOLD LEVEL package includes everything in the Bronze- and Silver-level packages plus the following:

*Note: The Gold Level Package will be billed and paid over two years. Gold level corporate partners will pay $7,500 in year one of the partnership and $3,500 in year two of the partnership.

This sponsorship will give a company the opportunity to have its logo displayed on the bag that each conference attendee will receive at the registration table of the 2024 NCSPRA / SC-NSPRA Fall Conference. The bag will be made of fabric and will be reusable by each attendee well beyond the 2024 fall conference. This sponsorship also will include:

This sponsorship will give a company the exclusive opportunity to have its logo displayed on the name tag lanyard that each conference attendee will receive at the 2024 NCSPRA / SC-NSPRA Fall Conference. This sponsorship will give a company the opportunity to be listed as an exclusive sponsor of one afternoon Networking Break at the Fall Conference, which will include:

• Special placard located at the Networking Break Snacks & Refreshment area

• Opportunity for a corporate representative to acknowledge attendees and invite them to the Networking Break Snacks & Refreshment area

• Company recognition listed in the NCSPRA/SC-NSPRA conference program daily schedule as an afternoon “Networking Break” sponsor
