It was a big day on Saturday for the Irondale Speech Team at the Cambridge-Isanti Tournament. The Team earned FIRST PLACE with several competitors contributing to the win.

The Irondale National Honor Society (NHS) is hosting a food drive for the Ralph Reeder Food Shelf. Please drop off your donations 8:00am - 8:30am at the Concessions Stand on Friday, March 22, Thursday, March 28, or Friday, April 5. Please see the flyer below to see the most pressing needs for our community.
GIRLS BASKETBALL FUNDRAISER
Order your hanging basket or other annual bedding plants and help support the Girls Basketball team. They will receive 30% of all plant sales and 15% of all gift cards. Deadline to place your order is Monday, April 1 - delivery Friday, May 10!

CAMP RYLA
Camp RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) is a fun, intensive leadership experience where you develop leadership skills and make connections. This unique experience strengthens leadership skills and capabilities of high school students through physical, mental, emotional, and intellectual challenges. There is an emphasis on problem solving, teamwork, and interaction with students and volunteer counselors and presenters.
Who can attend and what are the costs?
About 100 high school students are selected each year from Minnesota and western Wisconsin by their local Rotary Clubs which pays the tuition for the camp experience. This five-day camp is completely free to students and families and is paid by NEW BRIGHTON ROTARY CLUB.
What are the benefits?

When and where?
Camp RYLA is scheduled April 19-23, 2024 at YMCA Camp St. Croix near Hudson, Wisconsin on the St. Croix River. The closing session and award luncheon takes place at the St. Paul Rotary's Tuesday Lunch Meeting on April 23 (downtown location TBA).

POLAR PLUNGE - DATE CHANGE - APRIL 2
The Polar Plunge, hosted by Irondale and Edgewood Unified Clubs, has been changed to Tuesday, April 2 at Edgewood Middle School. If jumping into freezing water is not your thing, you can also volunteer at the event. Sign up via the Google form. Students need to raise $50.00 to jump. Proceeds go to support fun activities for the Unified Club. The club is for students with and without disabilities to create a community. Join us!
BLOOD DRIVE
Irondale NHS is hosting a Blood Drive on Thursday, April 4. Registration to donate blood will be done during all lunches March 28, April 1, April 2, and April 3. Students who are 17 or older can donate. Students who are 16 may donate with parent/guardian consent. Consent forms are available during lunches. Staff are welcome to donate too. Irondale Staff cares about your success on the ACT, so we are offering you FREE ACT Prep sessions. These will be available at Knight Time, after school, and one Saturday session to accommodate different schedules. Please sign up using the form here!

IRONDALE SENIOR ALL KNIGHT PARTY FUNDRAISER – YARD SIGNS!
To all those who love a student in the Class of 2024:
What: The All Knight Party Committee is selling Irondale Knights Congrats Class of 2024 Yard signs for your front lawn (double-side, comes with stake). Everyone that loves a Senior is invited to pre-order a sign!
Why: Display Knight pride, honor, congrats, and love for the Seniors & a Fundraiser, the proceeds will benefit the Class of 2024 All Knight Party.
How: Cost is $20/sign
*Pre-order by paying $20 per sign via Venmo. Limited quantities available.
Venmo is an easy and free app that you can download on your phone.

When you search for this account you must select Business. There will be an option to select People or Business after you enter the Venmo address. Select Business. If you do not get an option for Business, you may need to update your Venmo App. You can do this on the App Store. Pay for the number of signs that you want and enter a name in the comments section of the Venmo transaction. The Venmo payor list will be used for sign pickup, so consider adding a name if anyone else may pick up your sign.
**If you miss the pre-order, there MAY be a few extra signs available on pick-up days, $20 each cash only (first come, first serve).
When: Signs are available for preorder NOW through Wednesday, April 24. Signs will be available for pick-up at Irondale in the horseshoe lot beginning the last week of April.

SENIOR ALL KNIGHT PARTY - REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN
All Seniors are invited to attend the Irondale Senior All Knight Party 2024 at Bowlero right after graduation on Wednesday, June 5. Celebrate your accomplishments! Sign up for an amazing once in-a-lifetime opportunity to be with friends, have some fun, and make lifelong memories. There will be games including casino, bingo, laser tag, arcade games, bowling, etc., as well as raffles for awesome prizes. Early Bird pricing is NOW!
