Week of November 8th-14th
Issue #11
“Where faith soars, minds excel, and futures ignite”
Greetings STM-STC Families,
The Bazaar is finally here! I am looking forward to seeing everyone come out Friday and Saturday for a good ole Grinch time! As you know this is one of our big 4 in terms of fundraising and all proceeds go directly to the school.
Lastly, I just want to reiterate the importance of reading the newsletter. Our days off are always broadcasted in this newsletter as well as any changes that need to be made. The Lunch flyer stating no lunch would be served this week, besides our Chick Fil A day has been in the Chatter for weeks or the fact we were never off for election day. Please make sure you scroll down for all information and not just not here. As a reminder, there is no school on Monday 11/11 and students will be working from home on 11/15. Students should not be dropped off here on the morning of 11/15. While the teachers will be here for their work day, I will not have anyone working the offices, so if a child is dropped off, and left here, there will be no way for them to get in.
Yours in Christ,
Matt Zipp
Upcoming Early Dismissals & Days Off
Please make sure you are communicating these dates with everyone in your family. There have been a few occasions where students have been here well past the early dismissal times or even on days off, a grand parent or family member is sitting out front waiting for dismissal. See below for the upcoming early dismissals and days off, and forward to those who are responsible for picking your child up. Thank you!
World's Finest Chocolate Prizes
As of today, Thursday, 11/7, the following prizes from the World's Finest Chocolate Sale have been handed out:
- Sold 2 or more boxes - Duct Tape Mr. Zipp
- Sold 5 or more boxes - Permission slips & order forms for the Limo Ride to Chick-fil-a have been distributed to students. All permission slips & order forms are DUE by Monday, November 25th.
- Sold 7 or more boxes - 5lb Chocolate Bars
Those students who sold 3 or more boxes of chocolate will each receive a MAGIC BOX! Some boxes even have cash inside - but NOT all! The boxes will be handed out to those students who earned one next week. Mrs. Thayer will go to each class and have each student who earned one pick out of a giant bag to see which MAGIC BOX they get!
Thank you again to everyone for helping to make this fundraise such an amazing success! We surpassed our goal from last year! Way to go!!

Saint Michael the Archangel isn't a saint, but rather he is an angel, and the leader of all angels and of the army of God. This is what the title "Archangel" means, that he is above all the others in rank.
Redemptorist preacher and reformer. Clement preached, built orphanages and schools, and established a vast Redemptorist presence in the city.
