We invite all students and families to our Meet the Teacher event this Thursday from 3 pm to 6 pm. We will have hard copy schedules available for pick up for all students with an approved registration. Registrations must be received by noon, Wed. July 17th in order to have a schedule for the event. Registered students will also have a schedule available in Powerschool Parent Portal on Wednesday of this week.

Optional Sessions Offered in the Media Center:

Illustrative Mathematics - What Parents Really Need to Know - 3 pm, 4 pm, and 5 pm

Volunteer Training - 3:30 pm, 4:30 pm, and 5:30 pm

Food trucks will be on site for the event!

HSMS doors open each day at 7:30 am. School dismissal is at 3:10 pm.

Parents should receive bus information on July 16th, it should come as an email from Power School. They can also receive bus information from Meet the Teacher/ Walk the Hall events at the transportation table on July 18th.

When dropping off or picking up students in carline, please pull all the way forward to the end of the sidewalk before loading or unloading students.

Breakfast and lunch are provided free of charge for all students.

If you missed out on the summer store, it's not too late to get your HSMS merchandise! You can order through August 11th for delivery by the end of August. Store closes on August 11th.

Midland Valley high school is looking for swimmers for the coming school year after summer break. Yes, that means you.

If you are interested and are a student between seventh grade to twelfth grade next year, you are eligible to take part in this wonderful program in scholastic sports. Practice starts August 5th, Monday through Friday from 6:45 to 8pm at Fermata Swim Club to the end of September. Think about it. Get those physicals and hope to see you at practice.
