As we enter November and settle into the school year, I want to take a moment to reflect and show my appreciation for each of you! Thank you for your ongoing support and trust in us as partners in your child’s education. It has been a joy to see students’ enthusiasm for learning, connecting with friends, and participating in campus activities.

Your support—whether by attending school events, assisting with homework routines, or simply encouraging a positive outlook on school—has made an immeasurable difference in helping us start the year strong. It is truly a privilege to work with your children, and we are grateful to be a part of their growth, curiosity, and achievements.

We look forward to the continued partnership throughout the year and are excited for all that we will accomplish together. Please know that our doors are always open, and we are here to support you and your child every step of the way.

Reynolds Band members competed in the final round of All-Region auditions this week. Making a band in All-Region is THE highest possible individual honor a middle school band member can possibly earn and it takes months of hard work and dedication. I am so incredibly proud to announce that Reynolds had 30 members earn spots in the bands. This is the LARGEST number of All-Region members our school has ever had! In addition to that, Reynolds had the highest number of students from any schools in the entire region make the band. We compete against Prosper, Frisco, Little Elm, and McKinney schools.

Families are invited to join us for an exciting presentation where we will share a comprehensive overview of the many opportunities available to students in Prosper ISD, all designed to prepare them for college, career, and military readiness. This presentation will give students and families a clear understanding of the vast resources our district offers to support their future success. Our commitment is to provide students with diverse pathways that align with their unique goals, helping them thrive in whatever they choose to pursue.

We encourage all 6th-8th grade families to attend and discover how these opportunities can help students maximize their potential and achieve success.

Get Out and Vote

Early Voting concludes Friday, November 1st

Election Day is Tuesday, November 5th

Polls will be open from 7am-7pm and you will be allowed to vote if you are in line by 7pm

Reynolds Middle School is asking the community to help support our students in their exploration of careers. If you are interested in recording a short video that talks about your career, the degree/certification needed for that career, and other pertinent information you think would be of interest to our students, please fill this out by November 15th. The videos will be utilized during our Nest Time, so they can familiarize themselves with different opportunities for their future pathway.
