GMS 8th Grade Parents

We are excited to inform you about an upcoming event providing valuable information regarding the transition from middle to high school. The Wolfpack Showcase, hosted by Great Oak High School, aims to showcase the diverse opportunities available at GOHS, including course selections, CTE pathways, drama, band, clubs, sports, and more.

Field Trip Details:

Date: February 25th
Departure Time from Gardner: 8:45 am
Return Time to Gardner: 1:00 pm

Important Notes:

BOTH permission slips MUST be completed and signed by February 11th.
Completed and signed slips will be returned to the student’s ELA 8 teacher.
On February 25th, students do not need to bring their backpacks. A water bottle and lunch (if applicable) are recommended.

This field trip provides an excellent opportunity for your child to explore the offerings at Great Oak High School and make informed decisions about their academic and extracurricular options.

Action Required:

Please ensure that both permission slips are completed, signed, and returned to the student’s ELA 8 teacher by the deadline of February 11th. This ensures the student has a seat on the bus.
