Hope each and every one of you had a wonderful summer! We are so excited to see your students back in our building for this school year. Please be on the lookout each month for this newsletter which will include important information about upcoming events and resources available for parents.

Please remember, parents may request a meeting with their students teacher at any time during the year, just reach out to the school or teacher.

Don't forget to visit our Family Resource Center located in the media center any time to volunteer or check out some of our available brochures or books.

In The Morning:

• Once you have turned the corner and are in front of the building, your student can get out of the car at any time and walk down the sidewalk to go in, no need to wait till the very front.
• Also, if your student is getting out of the car on the driver side, please remind them to walk around in the front of your vehicle to get to the sidewalk so you are aware of where they are walking.
• One final thing in the morning, no students can be dropped of off on the bus side of the building - every car rider in the morning must be dropped off in the front of the school, you must drive through the line.

In The Afternoon:

• In the afternoon, we try our best to get everyone loaded up safely and quickly in the car rider line. Please note that when we call your students name, we give them a location or number to go to and wait for your car to get there and stop for them to get in. Please go up to where your student is stopped, do not stop as soon as you see your student come out of the gym or drive up when you see them coming up from the front.

• Please have your car tag up and hanging from your mirror for the entire time you are in the car rider line (even before and after we have called for your student).
• You must have the current year car rider tag in order to pick up your student. If you or someone picking up your student does not have the current year tag, you must park and take your id in to show at the front desk in order to pick up your student.
