We are thrilled to welcome you back and to share how excited we are for the journey ahead! We had such a strong start in the first semester that we are confident our leaders are ready to Rock 2025!

This first week back, our leaders returned ready to learn and lead. They dedicated time to reviewing schoolwide expectations that will set us up for success and worked closely with their teachers to set meaningful goals for the upcoming semester.

With such a strong foundation, it’s clear that this semester is going to be nothing short of amazing. Thank you for your continued support as we partner to ensure success for all of our students.

¡Estamos encantados de darle la bienvenida nuevamente y compartir lo emocionados que estamos por el viaje que tenemos por delante! ¡Tuvimos un comienzo tan fuerte en el primer semestre que estamos seguros de que nuestras líderes están listas para Rock 2025! Esta primera semana, nuestras líderes regresaron listas para aprender y liderar. Dedicaron tiempo a revisar las expectativas de toda la escuela que nos prepararán para el éxito y trabajaron estrechamente con sus maestros para establecer metas significativas para el próximo semestre. Con una base tan sólida, está claro que este semestre será asombroso. Gracias por su continuo apoyo mientras nos asociamos para garantizar el éxito de todos nuestros estudiantes. ¡Brindemos por un semestre increíble por delante!

Our leadership assemblies was a powerful way for our leaders to begin their week and the new year! Dr. Muñoz and our teachers were thrilled to welcome back our leaders. Throughout the day, our leaders had the chance to participate in different activities to Reflect on their accomplishments and set goals for the new year. Being Reflective individually and with their peers is important. It helps our leaders hear each others goals and helps them work together to accomplish those goals. We wish all our leaders a great 2025!

It is only the first week back for the new year and our leaders are fully engaged in their learning! Our teachers work to differentiate the learning experiences for all our leaders to make sure they receive the support they need to succeed. What does this look like in the classroom?

Sometimes our leaders are leading the lesson and sometimes they work with the teacher to help share their learning. This helps our students build their confidence and work on their communication skills. Did you know that when you can teach someone something, you get better, too? It's true!

Our leaders also know that they can turn to their peers and teachers whenever they have a question or need clarification. Many of our classes have the expectation that our leaders can reach out to a peer if they need help knowing that the teacher is always there to also lend a helping hand! Take a look at some of the ways our leaders are learning this week in the photos below.
