Forward Exam Results

The results of the WI Forward Exam, taken last spring, have arrived. Individual student reports will be sent home with students on Wednesday, September 11th.

2024-25 LDMS Yearbooks - On Sale Now!

Families can now purchase a copy of the 2024-25 Lake Denoon Middle School Yearbook via the link below. Yearbooks can be purchased now through February 28, 2025, at a cost of $30. There is currently a Back to School Promotion, a purchase now through September 13, 2024, will come with 4 free icons with the purchase of personalization.

Use this link to purchase your yearbook. Please note - Middle school yearbooks are not paid through Infinite Campus fees.

Universal Family Survey

We are thrilled to begin the new school year with you and your child! To help us understand your child's needs and ensure a successful year, we kindly ask you to complete our 2024-25 Family Survey, which you can access through this link.

This survey will be shared with all staff at Lake Denoon Middle School so that we can have a unified understanding of your child. Your insights are invaluable in helping us create the best possible experience for them. You may also receive the survey link from your child's homeroom teacher in their newsletter, but please note that it is the same survey. You only need to complete it once for each child you have attending Lake Denoon, and we kindly ask that you do so by Friday, September 6th.
