Missed our Student Trips Overview Meeting last week? No worries! We've got you covered.
We recently held an informative session on Zoom for all families of TK - 7th grade students to share an overview of our upcoming student travel opportunities. We understand that life gets busy, so if you couldn't make it to the live event, you can still catch up by watching the recording.
During the session, we discussed upcoming overnight student trips, with the goal of giving families plenty of time to plan ahead and ensure maximum participation. Click on the links below to access the recording and the student travel page on our school website for more information.

8TH GRADE IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
Request for Photos for ASA 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony Slideshow
Dear 8th Grade Parents/Guardians,
As the end of the school year approaches, we are excited to celebrate the achievements of our 8th-grade students and honor their hard work and dedication. One of the highlights of our promotion ceremony is a slideshow featuring photos of our 8th-grade students from their early childhood through their time at ASA.
We would like to request your assistance in collecting four to six (4-6) photos of your child, including one from early childhood (baby pictures), to be included in the slideshow. The deadline to submit photos is Wednesday, May 15, 2024, to allow us enough time to create the slideshow to present during the promotion ceremony on May 22nd.
To make it easy for you to share the photos, please email the photos directly to media@asathrive.org. Please include your child's name and 8th grade teacher in the subject line of the email.
We would appreciate it if you could also provide a brief message to your child to be included in the slideshow. This could be a message of congratulations or encouragement for their future.
Thank you for your help as we celebrate our ASA 8th grade promoting class of 2024! We look forward to seeing your child's photos and honoring their journey.
Best regards,
Allegiance STEAM Academy

Dear ASA families,
Complete the Meal Application to assist with maximizing LCFF funding. A portion of every school’s funding and other resources are determined by certain characteristics of its students, one of which is need. To assist in demonstrating that need, all families at ASA are requested to submit a completed Income Survey Form, to be made available on our site.
By completing the form, you will help our school reach the goal of maximizing funding to support our students’ academic successes and creating equitable learning environments. If you have any questions regarding this information or about the school meal program, contact Food Services via phone or email.
For the 2023-2024 school year, meals will be served at no cost to the students regardless of their eligibility
