There are still seats available for Project Outcome Regional Training on Wednesday, March 18 2020, from 9:30 am - 1 pm at West Warwick Public Library. Join us for this half-day, in-person workshop, where a Project Outcome expert trainer will facilitate the planning process for implementing outcome measurement using Project Outcome tools. You will learn how to deploy the Project Outcome standardized outcome surveys in your library, collect and use resulting data, and leverage the project's support network to ensure successful adoption. Come see how outcome measurement can drive change, influence decision making, and demonstrate the impact of your library’s programs and services on the community.
During this workshop, you will:
- Join in hands-on and discussion-based activities that will help you learn best practices and processes for selecting and administering surveys.
- Discuss challenges and identify possible strategies for your library to use for outcome measurement.
- Receive action planning documents to help with planning to implement Project Outcome at your library.
The goal of Project Outcome is to help public and academic libraries understand and share the impact of essential library programs and services. Project Outcome is an initiative of the Public Library Association.
