Falcon Friday Update-Sept 30, 2022
Olathe South High School
Principal's Corner
Last week was an exciting week for our Olathe South community. It was great to see the crowds at all of our Homecoming events. If you missed it, we had a full house on Friday night with over 700 students there cheering on a decisive football victory, the Homecoming court and the marching band show. And because they are great kids......they swept up the grandstand afterwards. The weekend was capped off with an energic Homecoming Dance attended by over 1200 students.
This week provides a little rest from all the excitement of Homecoming week and lets us focus on the remaining work for 1st quarter prior to grade cards and Parent Teacher Conferences. This is a good time to check in on Parent Vue and see how your Falcon is progressing in their classes. I have attached directions to access Parent Vue if don't have it already.
The weather is going to be exceptional this weekend! I hope you have a chance to get out with your family and enjoy it!
Go Falcons!
