Dear Global Impact Academy Families,

Happy Thanksgiving! As this is the week before our much anticipated Holiday Break, this will be the final RoBee Report until we return to school the week of December 2nd. I would like to take this time to wish our entire GIA Family a Happy Thanksgiving! We are truly grateful for each of you!

As we gather to celebrate Thanksgiving, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for our incredible community. Your hard work, collaboration, and dedication inspire and uplift one another every day.

Thank you for being part of this journey of growth and excellence. May your Thanksgiving be filled with joy, love, and cherished moments with loved ones. Wishing you and your families a wonderful holiday season!

Dear Parent/Guardian,

At Fulton County Schools, we truly value the feedback from our parents about their experiences with the district. That is why I encourage all parents to take the Annual Parent Perception Survey. This survey allows parents the opportunity to tell us what they think about their student’s schools and the district. While we always make it a priority to listen to our parents, this survey affords us another opportunity to receive your thoughts and opinions.

The survey is anonymous and confidential. Please complete one survey per school where you have one or more students enrolled. The survey will remain open from Wednesday, October 16 through Friday, November 22.

It’s not only parents we want to hear from. Our students’ opinions are important too! Students in grades 3-12 will be provided with the opportunity to take the Annual Student Perception Survey between October 17 and November 22 during the school day. In our ongoing efforts to remain transparent with parents, please take a moment to review the 3-5 student survey and/or the 6-12 Student Survey.

The Annual Perception Survey is currently available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Hindi, and Punjabi. If you or your family would like to take it in a language that is not listed, please email your child’s principal.

A huge Thank You to our Global Ambassadors for representing our school during the #GoGlobal Week! We were able to visit several South Fulton Middle Schools and specialty schools as we prepare to welcome the Class of 2029!

A huge congratulations to our amazing Math team for earning GIA the Distinction of Math Leader Designation school. Out of 624 schools in GA and one of two schools in FCS; GIA was selected for the growth in the percentage of students scoring at proficient or higher in Math!
