February Highlights
EAGLES Pep Rally
Armstrong celebrated our Philadelphia Eagles with a School wide pep rally! Students and staff kicked field goals, threw a football, and our band performed.
Students of the Month
The faculty and staff at Armstrong congratulate you on being leaders in and out of the classroom. You ROCK!
Volleyball Tournament
Our annual volleyball tournament was another success. 6th grade participated during the afternoon of February 20th, while our 7th and 8th grade teams were invited to play Thurday night. February 21st, Friday afternoon, students participated in the finals and challenged our teachers to an intense match.
4.0 Breakfast
Student with a 4.0 GPA and all A's were honored at our quarterly Armstrong tradition, the 4.0 breakfast. This event is an opportunity for staff to celebrate our students by making pancakes and serving up breakfast items to our students. Way to go!
African American Museum Trip
Armstrong students and staff celebrated Black History Month with a field to the African American Museum located at our Administration Building.
Snow Much Fun Family Engagement Night
Our Snow Much Fun Family Engagement Night was held on Thursday, Febraury 13th. Families were treated to a pasta dinner from The Olive Garden and had the opportunity to learn more about what their children are learning in middle school. Additionally, our School, Family Parent Engagement Policy was distributed, as well as, our School wide Title 1 Plan, information about iReady, PSSA information, and ways to keep in touch with our school.
Families also had fun participating in several STEM events throughout Armstrong ranging from the "cakewalk" to board games.

District STEAM Night - March 13th
Welcome to the Tiger Pride Parent Academy (TPPA), a dynamic series of educational programs and presentations created to empower Bristol Township School District parents and guardians. With the strength and spirit of the tiger, TPPA is dedicated to fostering school success and building strong home-school partnerships.
GOALS
- Educate: Equip parents/guardians with the knowledge and tools needed to support their children’s growth and learning.
- Engage: Strengthen connections between parents/guardians and the school community.
- Empower: Inspire parents/guardians to pursue continuous learning for themselves and their children.
- Encourage: Promote well-being and lifelong success for students.
Parents and guardians are their children's greatest advocates, shaping important educational choices. The Tiger Pride Parent Academy is here to guide and support families every step of the way, ensuring they have the confidence and resources to lead their children toward a bright future.
6th and 7th Grade Science Nature Club
6th and 7th Grade Spring Volleyball Club
It is time to start up the Spring Volleyball Club!!! If you were thinking of playing on the Armstrong Volleyball Team next year, this is a TERRIFIC opportunity to learn more about the sport as well as work on your skills. Our first day to meet will be this coming Monday, 3-3-25. Club will be a chance to get together, have fun, improve skills, (aka serves, hits, spikes, etc.) and play some volleyball games. We will meet in the gym after school and take the 5:00 bus home. Remember to wear sneakers and comfortable clothes. I hope to see you there. But don't worry if you cannot make it this time, I will let you know next time we can get together and you are welcome to join us then and play!

Tennis Programs Available
The Bucks County Tennis Association, Inc., a non-profit stressing social/life skills by providing fun and affordable tennis programs throughout Bucks County. The BCTA partners with numerous municipalities throughout Bucks County, offering multiple outdoor seasons from April to October and indoor programs from November to March. Attached are fliers for the 2025 outdoor programs. Full and partial scholarships are also available for athletes in need.
Volunteer opportunities for high school students wishing to earn community service credits, and some of these opportunities evolve into paid positions.

Yearbook Orders
Yearbooks can be purchsed for $30. You can pay with cash, a check made out to BTSD, or online using the provided link. If you're interested, please send the payment along with the order form in an envelope with your child's name and first-period teacher's name on it. The envelope can be submitted to the 1st period teacher, Mrs. Schultz, Mrs. McHugh in D-2, or the guidance office.
