CRIME AND DRAMA
Bath Tech's Criminal Justice program joined forces with Morse High School's drama class this week. The criminal justice students were able to practice their interviewing and note taking skills while the drama students were able to develop their role playing and improvisation techniques. Both classes enjoyed the experience and are excited to do it again.
CARPENTRY VISITS OPBOX
CULINARY ARTS
Students in Culinary Arts have been learning about the history of Oktoberfest and and wonderful foods that are included in this annual event. In addition to cooking various items, the students presented to the class what they learned about the festival.
ENGINEERING AND PROGRAMMING
Bath Tech students in Pre Engineering continue to work on their programming skills as they program a simple arcade game called "Finger Chase" using simple buttons and LEDs.
BATH TECH SKILLS FUNDRAISING
Bath Tech is reaching out to the community in an effort to raise money to send students to our Skills competition this spring. Please take a moment and read the linked letter and we hope you can help us out!
WOUND LAB IN CNA
Student in our CNA program participated in a wound lab last week. In addition to hands on practice, they discussing the integumentary system and how wounds happen. Students were able to create their own "pretend" wounds as well. No students were injured...but their work is impressive.

Location: Montgomery Auditorium, Morse High School/Bath TechRSU1 and the Sagadahoc Sheriff's Office have partnered together to invite parents, guardians, and caregivers to an Internet Safety Night. Come learn how to talk to students about what they see on the internet, as well as ways they can avoid being victimized on the internet. The Sagadahoc County Sheriff's Office, a local affiliate of Maine State Police Computer Crimes, has been working with RSU1 to share internet safety presentations to its students. These presentations cover privacy and security on the internet, good citizenship, and social media use. This new presentation is designed for adults trying to guide and safeguard their students online.
