Moving?
If you know that your student(s) will no longer be attending Sycamore Creek Elementary next school year, we encourage you to let us know. This helps us in the fall when we are trying to track down students that we were expecting to attend , but haven't shown up. If we are aware that a student will be moving and attending a different district, we can reach out to that district and confirm the move. Until we are in communication with the new district and they have requested your student's records, your student is considered our student and will be marked absent.
If you have a student in grades K-3, and know that they will not be attending Sycamore Creek Elementary next year, please email the principal at pamela_bertke@plsd.us. We greatly appreciate this communication and wish your family all the best.

At times, this can bring on some strong emotions, making us feel overwhelmed or out of control. Did you know that mindfulness can help us cope with these big emotions, staying more in control, and enjoying the present moment?
