Attendance Policy
Is My Child Old Enough to Stay Home Alone?
Age 8 or under: Child should never be left home alone.
Age 9-12: Child can stay alone for up to 2 hours but cannot perform the role of babysitter (i.e. watch a younger sibling).
Age 13 and over: Child can stay alone up to 12 hours and can perform the role of babysitter.
*Keep in mind that these guidelines are also based on the level of the child's maturity*
Food Assistance
The Camden Hunger Hotline is a volunteer managed and operated food assistance information and referral service. You may call 912-409-6920 between 8am-8pm to receive information about food assistance available in Camden County. This service is provided to those individuals and families who are struggling to avoid hunger.
