June 15 - June 19, 2020
This week's background photo comes from Michael Hill. I've had occasion to visit his property and it's just as beautiful in real life as it looks in this picture!
If you have vacation photos you'd like to share, please feel free to email them to me with a brief description of what they feature!
Please contact me at mjenn@uga.edu if you have suggestions or if there is anything you'd like me to include in the digest.

For Advisors
Important Information and Action Items for Advisors
New Transfer Course Evaluation System (from Judy Iakovou)
A new version of the transfer course evaluation platform is available, and students can now begin submitting their syllabi for review. A huge thank you goes to Matt Head for creating this new, sleeker version! Here is the link to the new platform: : https://advising.uga.edu/student-resources/transfer-students/transfer-student-intake. This link is behind CAS and will auto-fill identifying information for the student.
- If the student is, for some reason, given the old link they will be redirected to the new one. However, the old survey may be deactivated at some point in the future, so it is best if you delete the old link and make sure that you distribute the new one.

Foreign Language Placement Test Scores (thanks to Kate Daley-Bailey)
- Foreign language placement exam scores will take a few days to post so students need to be patient and wait for the score to be updated in Athena.
- Here is the information about this from the University Testing Center:
- "Results:Exams are scored on Tuesday. Once scored, it can then take up to a week for scores to be posted to Athena."
