Art for the Sky Schedule Change

Unfortunately, the weather has caused us to change our Art for the Sky schedule. Our artist needs a day to lay out the design with students. That day was supposed to be tomorrow, but unfortunately we are expecting more snow. We will have our kick off assembly on Wednesday, lay out the design on Thursday and do the sky art on Friday at 1:15. The Sky Art will happen in the parking lot. We don't want people getting wet and cold on the snowy field. This will not impact student drop-off, as the drop-off lane will not be affected and there will be a lane in which to drive out.

If you are planning to help out as a Sky Captain, I hope Friday will work for you. If you can arrive at 12:45 and go to the front office, that would we great.

The good news is, you have more time to find yellow shirts (7th grade) and red shirts (8th grade). We also need more jeans for the water portion (students aren't wearing them). Please put your child's name in anything you want returned.

We are bummed about this, but we think it is the best plan. Thank you for your support. Art for the Sky will be a great experience for our students.
