Banquet Information (Final)
Please read this in its entirety for important information about the upcoming banquet:
Our end-of-year banquet to celebrate all of the hard work put in by our instrumental music students is almost here! The event is Sunday, June 2 at The Palace Center on Hanover Avenue in Allentown from 2:00 - 7:00 pm. This is an event in which a previously-submitted RSVP is required to attend.
As this is a semi-formal occasion, we encourage attendees to dress accordingly. Whether it's a dashing suit or an elegant dress, we invite you to embrace the spirit of the evening with your attire.
We highly recommend carpooling to the venue to minimize parking issues. Please coordinate with others to arrange shared rides if possible.
When you arrive, please visit the check-in tables which are arranged by the students’ last names. Here you will receive your table number. As this is a very large event with close to 600 people, please sit at your assigned table.
If you have submitted food allergy information, we are doing our best to accommodate. For those needing gluten-free meals, the main courses of beef and chicken will be prepared with no gluten-containing ingredients, as well as the salad, vegetables, and potatoes. Vegetarians will have penne vodka as an option with salad, vegetables, and potatoes. If you require a vegan meal, please see one of the servers as they will be able to provide you with a meal. The meals will be prepared with no nut-containing products. A safe dessert will be provided to the best of our ability.
We look forward to your presence at the banquet, where we can come together as a community to celebrate the achievements and the bonds that unite us all. Thank you for your continued support, and we anticipate a memorable and joyous evening ahead.
If you have any questions, reach out to Kate Mattison at banquet@eahsmusic.org.
We look forward to seeing you there!

Private Lesson Information
With the summer approaching, it is a great opportunity to begin private lessons! These are a wonderful chance to work individually with a teacher and work specifically on items you/your student may be wanting to focus on.
IT IS A GREAT WAY TO GET AHEAD FOR THE UPCOMING SCHOOL YEAR!
Finding the right teacher is crucial in order for this to be a success! Someone who works well with one student may not work well with another.
Take a moment to review this list of private instructors in the area. If you are interested in starting lessons, don't hesitate to reach out for more information!

Business Sponsorships
Corporate sponsorship of the IMA is integral to the financial well-being of our operating budget supporting the many opportunities afforded our students. The IMA supports over $80,000 in annual expenses, including annual scholarships, marching band operating expenses, uniform care, new instrument/ equipment purchases, maintenance costs, travel opportunities, and more.
As a corporate sponsor of the IMA, there are many benefits your organization would receive, in addition to supporting our students. We hope you consider supporting our wonderful music program. Our students work incredibly hard each year and we hope to be able to continue to support their needs through generous donations such as yours.
