Today marks a special occasion as we celebrate School Lunch Hero Day! Let's join together in recognizing and appreciating the incredible efforts of Barb, Bernie, and Jen, our outstanding school lunch heroes. Their kindness, creativity, and care make every mealtime a delightful experience for our students.

As we look forward to next week, it will be Teacher Appreciation Week. We are incredibly fortunate to have phenomenal teachers and staff members who dedicate themselves to nurturing and educating our students here at Primary School. Let's take this opportunity to celebrate and express our gratitude to all the talented individuals throughout our school who play a vital role in shaping the lives of our children.

CLPTO is organizing two delicious meals during our ALL staff May appreciation Brunch. Looking for a way you can help? This sign-up is for both Primary and Lakeside Schools. Please read it carefully for the date & school location! We are serving Brunch provided by Keys of Forest Lake on Thursday May 9th at Primary, and Friday May 10th at Lakeside.

PRESIDENT & SECRETARY POSITIONS OPEN!

The current PTO President & Secretary terms are coming to an end and we are looking for two people to fill these roles starting in May! If you'd like more information on either role, please email clptopres@gmail.com

President key responsibilities: Organize PTO meetings, plan and execute fundraisers, help organize events as needed and communicate PTO information for weekly office notes.

Secretary key responsibilities: Take detailed notes during PTO meetings and assist with events when needed.

Our last PTO meeting of the school year will now be on Tuesday, May 21st (previously was scheduled for May 14th) at Lakeside at 6:30PM!

This summer Festival Theatre is offering a week-long theatre summer camp for ages preK-12th grade. In this camp, kids will write, produce, design, and act in their own play. Camps are offered in St. Croix Falls, Frederic, Scandia and Chisago Lakes. Through Art In Action, we strive to empower kids to take ownership of the creative process and put it into action!
