5. Peruse the UPDATE TO mileage guidelines for outings

Mileage Guidelines:

Full mileage for travel to school events will be reimbursed at the current federal guidelines for mileage rate of $.545/mile.
Please note the minimal mileage reimbursement is 20 miles round trip.
Attending an event that is more than 40 miles RT requires principal/manager approval.
Expense is reimbursed from home to place of event. Once in the town of the event, subsequent mileage around town is not reimbursed.
Prior approval from your Principal or Manager must be given in advance for exemption to this policy.
