Our Boys' Soccer Season starts this Monday, March 31st, for

6th-8th grade students! Try-outs will be held:
Monday 3/31 - 2:30-3:30pm
Tuesday 4/1 - 2:30-3:30pm
Wednesday 4/2 - 1:30-2:30pm
Teams will be announced on Thursday and practice will be held Thursday and Friday for those who make it. Students do not need to have a sports physical or packet submitted in order to practice. But they will be required before the first game for those who make the team. Please reach out to Brenda Brown (bbrown@mlusd.net)

Our library is set up and ready for the Scholastic Book Fair that starts on Monday! It will run through Friday April 4th. Orders can also be placed online as well. On Monday, May 12th, Herbert Green will be having our 1st Annual Career Day! We want to inspire students to follow their dreams and pursue their passions! If you or someone you know would be interested in joining us to talk about who you are, what you do for a living and your inspirations/training, we would love to hear from you! The fundraiser starts next week! Hands4Hope students will be near the bus circle Tuesday-Thursday before school selling Bunny Bags (or accepting donations as well!)

We are looking for student-created pieces of art to turn into murals around our school campus! If your student loves to draw or paint, they are invited to submit a design. It can be a mural/image or inspirational quote. Finalists will be selected by a team of judges and winners will have their designs painted on buildings around campus. Designs must be turned in by April 11th. Students can talk to, or email, Principal Glaister if they have questions (cglaister@mlusd.net)
