Our annual Dress Up Day Parade is scheduled for Thursday, October 31st at 9:00 AM. Just like in previous years, students will start to walk from the PreK playground area, then they will use the back road behind the school to walk past the gym. Finally, they will go down the back road, and take a left back to the main school entrance. You can view the actual route below.
We encourage parents who want to view the Dress Up Day Parade to stand on the sides of the back road, leaving the pavement part of the road for the students to walk.
Please note that we do not allow face paint, full masks, or weapons during the school dress-up day. Most students end up changing out of their costumes at some point if they are too hot or restrictive, so sending an extra bag to hold the costume will be useful.
On a final note, please do not park in the bus lane against the school. Our Prek parents will be dropping off students at 8:45 in that lane. It is also our fire lane, so it must stay open and unblocked. In addition, our 5th grade will be getting on a bus to head on their trip, so those buses will need the bus lane too!. Parking along Williams Rd or along the main entrance is suggested.
If the weather is poor we will update folks about the parade. We will make this call by 7:30 AM.
