GJPS Strategic Framework
A Focus on Our Strategic Plan
As a result of our strategic planning process, GJPS has a strategic framework made up of pillars, strategies and key actions. Take a look at how this structure helps bring our strategic plan to life in the District's day-to-day work.

Bus Routes Finalized - You Can Now Find Your Times and Stops
As part of the new schedule, all of our bus routes have been streamlined for efficiency. Bus stops have been reduced and some of the locations of our bus stops have changed in order to accommodate the new times. These changes are necessary in an effort to reduce ride time and, as allowed in state law, some students may be required to walk up to 0.5 miles to a bus stop. Transportation continues to monitor all routes and make adjustments as needed.
Our bus routes are now live on Transfinder and pick-up and drop-off times can be searched by your address.
Additionally, the Here Comes the Bus app can also help you find your bus stop times and locations, as well as monitor your bus’ location throughout the route. Please be sure to continue to monitor your bus route information leading up to the first day of school and even into the new year as things may shift slightly with new students joining the route.
Please keep in mind, these routes are new to both our students and our drivers. Your patience during the first few weeks of school is greatly appreciated as everyone adjusts to the new routine.

Student Chromebook Information
To ensure a smooth start to the new school year, we wanted to share some important information about your student’s school Chromebook. Please make sure your student’s Chromebook is fully charged and ready to go on the first day of school. Students are expected to arrive to class with a fully charged Chromebook each day.
Important: Your Chromebook may be locked. Don’t worry! Simply connect your Chromebook to any Wi-Fi to receive the unlock command. If you encounter any issues, please visit your school’s Chromebook Helper after school has started. They will be happy to assist you.
