Breakfast and Lunch Menus
**Menus are subject to change. Please click on weekly menus below to access Child Nutrition website and most current menus.
School Breakfast and Lunches
All students can receive free breakfast and lunch in the cafeteria. Menus will be posted weekly in this newsletter. However, menus are subject to change so families are encouraged to check the website directly.
Breakfast is served from 7:45am - 8:05am.
****Application for the federal National School Lunch Program for Free or Reduced Price Lunches is not required to qualify for the California Universal Meal Program. If you do not wish to disclose income information or elect not to fill out an application for any reason, your child may still eat free breakfast and lunch in the cafeteria daily.****
IMPORTANT DATES FOR THIS FUNDRAISER:
- Fundraiser begins: Thursday, November 7th, 20024
- Order forms are due no later than Monday, December 2nd 2024
- Pick Up Orders on: Monday, December 16th, Tuesday December 17th and Wednesday December 18th 2024 in Room B-10.
SPIRIT WEAR STORE OPEN!
The Vintage Spirit Wear store is now open and will remain open throughout the school year! The store includes previous year spirit wear items at a discount, last year's 2023-24 yearbooks and a section with a small selection of this year’s 2024-25 remaining spirit wear items.

Resources for Families
Interface Breakthrough Parenting Class LINK
Parent Classes are being offered in Oxnard beginning October 9. The class is offered in both English and Spanish. Students experiencing attendance problems are given first priority. The class is free, but parents must register to participate.
Youth Outreach Line
Serving Ventura County Youth Ages 12 yrs. - 24 yrs. For homeless, facing homelessness, or runaway youth, LINK.
Free Holiday Community Event
On Saturday, December 7th from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm celebrate the holidays by joining the Samaritan Center to take pictures with Santa, see a holiday movie, shop vendor booths, and merry more! All proceeds will help the mission to support those experiencing homelessness and food insecurity in Simi Valley. LINK
Food Pantries
The Samaritan Center has a New Flyer: The pantry has changed its hours and format, Walk Through Only- Tuesdays & Thursdays 11:00 am - 12:00 pm.
Still Waters Cafe continue to serve as our local food pantries. A food pantry is also held in Moorpark at Moorpark College on Tuesdays from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 12:30 - 2:30 p.m. More information can be found here. Here is a list of regional food pantries and dinner sites.
