The Weekly Update #4

The Astronomy classes under the direction of Mr. Cameron spent part of the class time last week

outside measuring parameters that allowed them to draw comparisons to how Astronomers and

Astrophysicist use similar information in detecting exo-planets and determining whether they may have possible conditions that are favorable to hosting life.

Drop off and pick up for car riders is in the car rider line behind the school or in the lower parking lot at the bottom of the stairs. Students who are picked up in the lower parking lot should use the crosswalk at the staicase.

Only students with special permits may be dropped off in the front of the school. Please do not drop off students in the student parking lot, front parking lot, or tennis court parking lot. Your adherence to our car rider etiquette is much appreciated.

Seniors and families! Please remember that the only items REQUIRED for graduation are a cap, gown, tassel, and diploma cover. These items (along with graduation announcements if you decide to order them) will be delivered to students in the Spring. Most Senior "celebration" items (sweatshirts, t-shirts, etc.) will be delivered on September 12th.

If you would like to purchase a senior t-shirt, the second and final order is open in Student Quick Pay. The deadline to order is Friday, August 23.

If you ordered a senior t-shirt or senior decal this summer and have not yet picked it up, please come by Room 351 before or after school. Please be sure to have your ID.
