On Thursday, April 10th, during Demon Academy, the counseling department will be hosting a Chief Operating Officer (COO) career speaker. A chief operating officer is a senior executive who oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of an organization. Key characteristics of a Chief Operating Officer are: strong leadership and management skills, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, strong analytical and financial acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
