Rental Restriction Update

Your Shiloh Farms POA Board is diligently working towards developing final

recommendations for rental restrictions to be amended to our covenants with approval

of the community. This initiative aims to ensure that our community remains a safe, attractive,

cohesive and welcoming environment for all residents. We are committed to carefully

considering the diverse perspectives and concerns of our property owners to create

balanced and fair guidelines that uphold the integrity and quality of life in Shiloh Farms.

Below is a timeline of next steps for finalization and for sharing our recommendations

for feedback.

 August 2024 – Document approach and validate with our attorney.

 September 2024 – Finalize recommendations and discuss as a Board.

 October 2024 – Schedule first neighborhood Zoom call to review recommendations.

 November 2024 – Schedule second neighborhood Zoom call for follow-ups.

 December 2024 – Additional discussions as needed.

 January 2025 – Annual Meeting and Vote.

Stay tuned for further updates as we progress towards finalizing and sharing these important

recommendations well in advance of our annual meeting.

Shiloh Farms would like to wish all students good luck as they begin or continue their journey through pre-k, elementary school, middle school, high school, or college!

Reminder to all residents: PLEASE slow down. We have children on our streets waiting for buses and being dropped off. Please obey the laws of the road and never pass a school bus.

The Board made the County aware of the sidewalk issues that we were having along Shiloh Road. The County did a great job repairing multiple curbs and broken sidewalk areas. The Board works closely with the County to try to solve County related issues in our neighborhood.

The Board is aware that there was one section marked for repair that was not repaired between Crofton and Ridgefield. The County has been notified and let us know that there was a work truck blocking the section when they were doing the work. The County will be returning in the future to fix this problem.

The Board will no longer be placing pickleball racquets in the storage boxes. We did this as a courtesy to those just beginning the sport. Two of the four we purchased have been broken and left in the trash bins. Please respect the equipment and always restore the nets after playing pickleball.
