Message From the Principal
We are so excited to have your wonderful students back in our building as we start our school year! I have loved getting to meet so many of our families at lunch or before and after school. Thank you for supporting our staff and school!
We are working on hiring more staff for our kitchen and lunch duty positions. Huge thank you to all our parent volunteers who have stepped up to come in and help during lunch. Our PTC has done a wonderful job organizing that. If you would like to volunteer the link is here. We have a couple of quick reminders about our school day and procedures:
Our first morning bell rings at 8:05 and the tardy bell is at 8:15.
If your child arrives at school after 8:15, they need to come through the front entrance.
We ask all parents to use our main entrance and check in at the office.
Student cellphones and smart watches need to be turned off and kept in backpacks during the school day.
Please remember to send your student with gym shoes. This ensures that our gym floor stays clean and safe.
Please stay off the playground at the end of the day until our bell rings at 3:15.
Again, I am so thrilled to be joining the family at Ridge View. It has been a wonderful first two weeks with students in the building. We will be doing our first Coffee with the Principal on October 4th at 8:15. I hope that you can join us in the library!
