August 12 - First Day of School for Students for the 2024-2025 School Year

Dear Pride Elementary Families,

As we wrap up another GREAT school year, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to each of you for your support and dedication. It's been a year filled with growth, learning, and cherished memories, and we couldn't be prouder of our students, staff, and families.

As we head into summer, we encourage all of our students to keep the momentum going by continuing to read and explore the world around them. Summer is the perfect time to dive into new books, expand your imagination, and discover new passions. Remember, the more you read, the more you'll learn and grow!

While you enjoy this break, take time to cherish moments with family and friends. Whether it's a simple outing or a vacation adventure, make the most of every precious moment.

Looking ahead, we're excited to announce that the 2024-2025 school year will mark a special milestone for Pride Elementary as we celebrate 25 Years of Excellence! It's incredible to think about the impact our school has had on generations of students and families, and we're honored to be a part of such a remarkable community.

As we prepare for the upcoming school year, let's continue to strive for excellence, foster a love for learning, and create a supportive environment where every student can thrive. Together, we will continue to make Pride Elementary a place where we Rise to the Challenge and futures are shaped.

DISMISSAL ON THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL, MAY 24TH, BEGINS AT 11:25!

IMPORTANT! If you plan to check your child out early, YOU MUST ARRIVE PRIOR TO 10:00 a.m.!

ATTENTION ALL PARENTS PICKING UP STUDENTS IN CAR LINE ON THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!!

Please note that Lion's Den Drive will be closed to all traffic beginning at 10:45. Parents picking up car riders or carpool riders in grades K-4 (unless they have a 5th grade sibling) should not enter the parking lot at Cross Creek Park and should remain in line along Bassett Creek Drive until directed to move once dismissal begins. As always, please make sure that your numbered car tag is displayed and remains displayed until your child is in your car.

Please see the attached map and directions below for more details. Your cooperation will help us to dismiss in a safe, efficient and fun way on our last day together!

5th GRADE PARENTS were emailed directions for parking for the Clap Out and for the 5th Grade ONLY decorated car parade. Vehicles in the 5th Grade Car Parade must have a numbered car tag displayed AND MUST BE PARKED AT CROSS CREEK PARK PRIOR TO 10:45. The CLAP OUT will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m.
