NO SCHOOL Friday, 5/24 & Monday, 5/27
From the Office
Monday is a Federal Holiday - Memorial Day. Since Tomorrow is an unused snow day, we are rewarded with a four day weekend this year!
Memorial Day is a day to honor our fallen heroes who bravely defended our country. It’s a day to commemorate the veterans, current service men and women, and families.
To all the men and women who have given the greatest sacrifice one could give for our country, and to those who are presently serving, to protect all of our rights, beliefs, and freedom, we give pause to remember and honor your sacrifice.
Thank you all for your service!
~Principal Douglas

Field Day is scheduled for Friday, May 31st! I'm so thankful to the Cherrydale PTA for helping with Field Day supplies and coordinating our volunteer sign-up this year.
Field Day always works best when we have volunteers to help run the various activities. Sometimes we have as many as 15 options for the students to participate in during Field Day. If you'd like to run a station for Field Day this year, the PTA has created a sign-up option on Sign-up Genius. Scan the QR code at right or click the link: Volunteer Sign-up
Thanks, everyone! -Brian Kirby
