MSD Education Update

News and updates from the Marysville School District.

The Service Center will be closed to the public the week of Independence Day (July 1- 5).

In addition, the Service Center will be closed to the public every Friday beginning the week after the 4th of July through August 9.

7th/8th Grade Co-Ed Track

**Students who qualify for free or reduced lunch are eligible for a fee waiver.

WHEN: July 8 - 31 (Monday - Thursday)

• Breakfast: 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m
• Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m

WHERE:

• Liberty Elementary (1919 10th Street, Marysville)
• Marshall Elementary (4407 116th St NE, Marysville)

COST: meals are free to children 18 years of age and younger, $4.50 for adults

Summer meals are open to all children district-wide, no matter their school location in Marysville or Tulalip. Children do not need to be enrolled in school to receive a free meal. Meals will be served dine-in at each school site. Meals will also be available at the Beach Street Boys and Girls Club for students attending their summer programs.

The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) has developed a website to provide information on its role related to the financial health of school districts. The webpage provides an overview and examples of Binding Conditions as well as the role and authority of the Financial Oversight Committee.
