Join Gretchen (CYT) THIS Sunday, August 18, at 9:00 am for our 2nd to last all-levels, donation-based yoga class of the summer. That means TWO more chances for you to get your crow on AND make a difference in the lives of some very deserving little boys.
So far, you kind & generous yogis have donated $163 for the orphans at Abhayadhama Human Development Center in Bangalore, India. Thank you! With this money, we will be able to provide the boys with desperately-needed school supplies, like pencils, paper, crayons, scissors, notebooks, & folders.

Remember, your contribution doesn't have to be monetary! You could bring a new friend. Share the event information. Pick-up an extra pack of crayons while you're out doing school supply shopping for your own little ones. Dosha Discovery Tour
In both Yogic philosophy & Ayurvedic science, it is believed that every object and being is considered a combination of the five elements – earth, air, fire, water and ether. When these elements are infused with the life force (prana), it gives rise to three archetypal forms called Doshas. Each individual’s constitution is a unique combination of these forms that is constantly expressed through various physical, emotional and mental characteristics.
In this workshop we will define the Doshas & discuss their qualities, identify your unique Dosha constitution with an Ayurvedic health questionnaire, & discover ways to keep your Dosha in balance with a sequence of postures designed for each particular Dosha & delicious Dosha-specific recipes.
