Cy Falls Choir

Welcome to the Cypress Falls High School Choral Program – the choir program that is dedicated to musical excellence! The Cy Falls Choir is composed of talented, hard-working and successful students, and we are excited about what we will accomplish this year! Our program gained state and national recognition by Honor choir performances at the Texas Music Educators Convention and the National American Choral Directors Convention, along with many student awards, including members in the Texas All-State Choirs. We plan to continue our tradition of choral excellence by maintaining high standards, encouraging dedication, and fostering teamwork. This newsletter will be sent out at the beginning of each month to highlight major events, deadlines and showcase a few things that have been going on!

1.Choir forms were distributed the first week of school, providing information about choir fees. Choir fees can be made on SchoolCash. If you have trouble seeing the fees, please reach out and let us know!

2. If you're looking to join our booster club, the membership payment can be made in cash or on our website, cyfallschoir.com. The link below will take your straight to that page!

Joining at any level is very appreciated!

There will be a required Choir Parent Meeting for both students and parents on September 16th at 7:00 pm in the Cypress Falls HS Auditorium. Students will make demonstration performances and therefore this event is graded.

We will have Brass Thimble coming to all classes on September 18th to alter the students uniforms. The students are required to have their shoes.

Men - Black Dress Shoes

Women - Solid Black Flats with closed toes and solid heel

District Auditions will be held on Sept 21st at Stratford High School. All students will be taking a bus from Cypress Falls to Stratford. More information will be passed out to those students participating in this process closer to the event.
