Oakland ACE 2019

Oakland ACE is an early college program that offers students the opportunity to earn an associates degree, or up to 60 transferable college credits, while still in high school. Instead of completing high school in four years, ACE students complete high school along with the ACE requirements in five years.

• Current LHS sophomore students may apply
• 2.5 GPA or higher
• Strong preference given to *first-generation college students OR those who qualify for free/reduced lunch

*First-generation college student means that neither parent has earned a 4-year bachelor degree.

Students who meet initial eligibility requirements may then apply to the ACE program for consideration. There is limited enrollment available for this program.

Interested LHS sophomore students are invited to come down to the LGI at 8:00am on Friday, February 8th to hear from ACE Program Director Mr. Troost.

February 6, Orchard Ridge Campus, Oakland Community College

February 12, Royal Oak Campus, Oakland Community College

February 13, Highland Lakes Campus, Oakland Community College (closest location)

All information night times are 6:30-8:00pm.
