Elementary class placement and middle school schedules will be available in Powerschool on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at 8:00 am. When you review your child's class placement and/or schedule please be aware that there is a lot of complexity in this process. Scheduling is a balancing act that requires careful consideration of various factors, including teacher availability, class sizes, course requirements, and student needs. Our dedicated team is committed to creating the best possible class placement and/or schedule for all students, and your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
Please make sure your information in PowerSchool is up to date as we use this information for all communication.
Furthermore, we are excited to be welcoming new staff members to our HAS Team. When reviewing your child's schedule, please know that you may not see a specific teacher's name. Once the new hire is Board approved, PowerSchool will be updated.
The first day of school for students is Thursday, September 5, 2024. The first day of school is a single session day.
Kindergarten - AM students will attend from 8:40am - 10:25am
Kindergarten - PM students will attend from 10:55am - 12:40pm
Elementary School Students: 8:40am - 12:40pm
Middle School School Students: 8:00am - 12:25pm
If you need to drop off medication with the nurse (Nurse Lydia) you can come on:
Thursday 8/22/24 from 8:30am -11:30am or 1:00pm - 2:30pm
Tuesday 8/27/24 from 8:30am -11:30am or 1:00pm - 2:30pm
Wednesday 9/4/24 from 8:30am -11:30am or 1:00pm - 3:00pm
You can also come on the first day of school from 8:00am-11:30am or 1:00pm - 3:00pm
For your convenience, please come to the Nurse's window to drop off medication.
