Principal's Message
Dear TMS Families,
I hope all of you enjoyed some well-deserved time off! As we return to school from Spring Break, there's plenty to celebrate. Below you'll find some important announcements for Teacher of the Year, Employee of the Year and Schools to Watch.
When we return on Monday, there's work to do with student behavior. Assistant Principal Mrs. McCreary is working closely with teachers and staff to ensure students are meeting our basic expectations, staying safe and remaining focused on finishing their academic year strongly.
Looking forward to a terrific 4th quarter!
Warm regards,
Mr. Morton

Temecula Middle School Named a "School to Watch" by the League of Middle Schools
Temecula, CA โ Temecula Middle School (TMS) has been honored as a "School to Watch" by the League of Middle Schools, recognizing its commitment to Academic Excellence, Developmental Responsiveness, Equity, and Continuous Improvement. This prestigious designation was awarded earlier this month at the state convention in Monterey, where TMS was celebrated for its outstanding efforts in fostering student success.
The "Schools to Watch" program identifies high-performing middle schools that demonstrate exemplary educational practices and a strong commitment to continuous growth. TMSโs innovative approach to instruction, dedication to student development, and unwavering focus on equity have set it apart as a leader in middle school education.
โThis recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our students, staff, and families,โ said Mr. Morton. โWe are incredibly proud of our school community and the commitment we share in providing an exceptional learning environment for every student.โ
TMS will celebrate this achievement with staff, students, and parents in May, marking this milestone as a collective success for the entire school community.
