As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting your child’s academic and social-emotional growth and success, we invite you to attend our annual fall Parent-Teacher Conference. This conference is an important opportunity for us to discuss your child’s progress, strengths, and areas where additional support may be needed with the teachers working with your child. Please understand this is not an opportunity to meet with staff who are not working with your child.
Pritchett School will have (3) fall conference dates:
Thursday, November 21, 2024 (4:00 pm - 8:00 pm)
Friday, November 22, 2024 (8:20 am - 3:50 pm)
Wednesday, December 4, 2024 (4:00 pm - 8:00 pm)
**Please ONLY sign up for (1) conference over the (3) days indicated above.**
During the 20-minute conference, we will review your child’s academic performance, behavior, and social development, as well as any questions or concerns you may have. Your involvement plays a vital role in your child’s education, and your insights and feedback are invaluable as we work together to ensure their success.
Please note our emergent bilingual teachers, case managers, and related service providers prioritize meeting with parents/guardians at the classroom teachers’ conference times. If a parent/guardian feels the need to schedule a specific conference with one of these specialized staff members, then that specialized staff member will not join the meeting with the classroom teacher.
If you are unable to attend on the scheduled days & times, please contact the classroom teacher at your earliest convenience. You may arrange a telephone conference on a day/time that works for both the teacher and the family.
