Killeen ISD Parents,

The 2023-2024 school year registration window for current KISD students is now opened.

Follow these steps to complete the process:

• Log in to Home Access Center
• Click the “Registration” icon in the menu.
• Select the “Update Enrollment” tab.
• Click the “Start” link to the right of the Current Student Registration form name.
• After verifying the student’s “date of birth”, you will be taken directly to the form.
• Proof of residency must be uploaded to complete the registration process.

• Congratulations to the Wind Ensemble and Concert Band for their Excellent Ratings, and the Symphonic Band for their Division 1 rating in sight-reading.
  
• The JV Choirs received Excellent awards and Sweepstakes
• Our Varsity Choirs received Superior, Excellent, and Sweepstakes
• Delvecchio Roberson received 1st place in High School Percussion and was an overall band Concerto Winner.
• Andrea Munguia earned a gold medal for her entry into the VASE art competition.
• Shoemaker JROTC Boys Battalion PT took 2nd place at the UMHB competition and the girls took 3rd place.
• Softball went to the playoffs for the third time in school history!
• Baseball has made it to the playoffs for the second time in school history!
• Track sent 15 students to compete at the regional level where they all placed.
• Shoemaker High School was recognized at the district volunteer awards for Adult Volunteer of the Year (Mrs. Wilder), Helping Hands Volunteer of the Year (Mrs. Reeves), Community Organization (BOSS Mentor Program), and High School Volunteers of the Year.

Invitations were sent out to students who qualified for Academic Achievement Awards. Students should dress for success and report to the library hallway 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. Though Letter Jackets will not be delivered until the following week, backpacks and patches will be distributed. Please join us as we celebrate your students and their amazing accomplishments.

Registration opens May 27th

• Transportation from Home Campus is provided for face-to-face courses or if electronic device is needed to complete online courses.
• Parents/Guardians will need to enroll student after final grades have been confirmed.
• Counselors and Teachers may work together to notify parents/guardians of student’s need to attend.
• Parents/Guardians will need to enroll using our online enrollment system.
• Parents/Guardians should ensure that they are receiving Blackboard communications from the District to ensure they receive camp communication.
