OLVCS Updates
February 6th, 2025
Dear OLVCS Families,
Thank you, thank you for your generosity on our Dollar Dress Down Days. We raised $650 for the LA Wildfire relief, we donated through Catholic Charities, and $400 for the Gabriel Project.
Mass is cancelled tomorrow 2.7, due to a funeral. Students do not need to wear their Mass uniform.
The event of the season, Trivia Night 2025 is just a little more than three weeks away. It is great fun, and a great cause. Athletics, and the Spring Musical receive the proceeds from the night. Everything from coaches and directors pay to buses and costumes are all supported by Trivia. See details below.
Re-enrollment: We ask families to re-enroll for the following year, this helps with setting classes, ordering supplies and textbooks.
This year the Education Office at the diocese is requiring all schools to use PowerSchool for this process and are creating the online forms. As you may remember, this is not our system. We have been giving input, but as with anything new, it is not without its hiccups.
The enrollment step is not quite complete. We will let you know when it is time to re-enroll. In the meantime, we ask for your patience and grace while we work through this new process. Please do not re-enroll just yet.
Make it a Great Day!
Samantha
