What is Gratitude?
We often feel grateful when others do things for us that show kindness, caring, and helpfulness. We can also feel grateful when we do something kind for others. When we practice gratitude, happiness goes up, stress and depression can go down, and we are able to build stronger relationships with those around us.
Our older students might remember some of the gratitude lessons we did from home on Wednesday's during the 2020-21 school year. In a similar fashion, today we invite you to learn, very briefly, something about Gratitude and then we have an opportunity for you to share gratitude!

- Send messages of gratitude to your teachers and school staff using the Attitude of Gratitude Google Form!
We will have some more activities this month to focus on Gratitude and Kindness. We hope you will participate!
