• Athletes will take their picture during their athletic period.
• Your student athlete should have come home with a picture order form.
• Online orders can made by using the code information in the bottom right of order form.

• If your student signed up to participate in a UIL event they will start practice on September 11th during the school day.
• Students that did not sign up will be in a reading room/study hall.

Wylie West Junior High School Fundraiser Starts in 14 Days.

Our goal is to raise $40,000.00 that benefits all students and classrooms.

Students will receive fundraiser information/packets on Thursday, September 19th.

All money raised will go back to WWJH student's and teacher educational supports, incentives & so much more! More Information will be sent out as we get closer to the event.

• Home Coming Varsity Football game is September 20th!!!
• We encourage students to wear their Wylie gear to show their school sprits!
• We ask that students please stay with in dress code.
• Reminder students are not allowed to wear mums or garters to school.

Home Coming Dance:

• The PTO will not be hosting a Homecoming dance at our campus this year due to scheduling conflicts.
• PTO is working on possibly offering a different event later in the year.

Bring your family and friends to help support the BBD Club as we, once again, host the 2 nd annual Wylie West Junior High pumpkin patch!!! Come pick out pumpkins of all shapes, sizes and colors! The WWJH Brilliant Bulldog Dyslexia Club will provide a fun pumpkin photo area where you can get family pictures, and pictures with your friends! Our club will also be selling popcorn, baked goods and drinks to enjoy while you shop for your favorite pumpkins! Please tell everyone you know to come out and support these awesome students!

Beginner Band Party, Thursday, 9/5 (optional) - All Beginner Band members are welcome to join us for a fun-filled evening at The Family Life Center! Time: 6:00 PM-8:00 PM. Cost is $5 per student. Pizza is provided, Boys bring drinks, Girls bring desserts. For Wylie Junior High beginner band students only.

Pep Rally Performances - 9/4; 9/10; 10/8; 10/28 - Concert and Symphonic Band (most 7th/8th graders) performances in the gym at the West Junior High. Timing depends on the bell schedule. These are required performances

8th Grade Football Game Performance 9/27 - All 8th graders will perform with the high school band in the stands during the 1st half of the game and get an on-the-field view of the halftime performance. Students will be released after half time. More details to come! This is a required performance.
