New Information
Parent Night is this week!!! We would love to have all parents attend a grade level meeting to learn what your child will be taught this year and how you can help at home. You can also visit our specials tables to hear the opportunities that are provided in library, music, art, and PE. While students are required to attend student-led conferences, the curriculum nights can be for adults only.
Do you qualify for free or reduced lunch? Several families that were on free or reduced last year have not completed this year's application. Complete the application below or call the office for a paper copy. When students qualify, it helps us more than a student getting a lunch for free. This program also helps to fund school resource officers and nurses!
We have one parent volunteer that will be helping with the Pippin Apple and Elizabeth crosswalk in the mornings. (Thank you!!!) We would like to find one more volunteer so we have both crosswalks covered. This would ensure students cross at the crosswalk safely instead of just crossing the street wherever they want. Please reach out to Mrs. Kennedy at skennedy@sdale.org if you are interested in volunteering for this job!
Lunch Choices
Students in Grades 1-5 will have two lunch choices. Kindergarten will begin the year with one choice. It is highlighted.
Dads - We need you!!!
Dads and Doors is back. We need you! Sign-up to help during our busiest time of the day. We need volunteers to open car doors, greet students, and check the school to be sure our building is safe each morning. Arrive at 7:20, check-in at the office, work hard, and be on your way to your day by 8:00AM.
Please review the available slots and click on the button to sign up. Thank you!
