Heath Brook School...

We had some wonderful opportunities for learning coming up. Brought to us through a grant from the Corning Foundation our children participated at the Heath Brook in Traveling Science Workshops with staff from the Discovery Museum.

October 7. Force and Motion - Mrs. Hynes, Mrs.Ventura, Miss Collette, Mrs. Callahan's classes.

October 8 Force and Motion - Mrs. Pagones, Mrs. Paradis, Miss Buck's classes

Our PAC has offered to fund a workshop for our preschool classes - stay tuned!

We are currently running our Coats for Kids drive. There is a bin in the front lobby at school. Drop off your old but good conditioned jackets there and we will do the rest. Coats for Kids & Families accepts warm winter coats that are new or gently used, good quality, and all sizes (especially XL and infant/pre-K sizes). The drive does not accept coats with rips, tears, broken zippers, or permanent stains, nor does the drive accept sweatshirts, vests and spring coats, boots, scarves or gloves.

As with any TMHS sponsored event, whether in Tewksbury or on the road, the school code of conduct as outlined in Student Handbooks applies to all students. In addition:

• Students who are not in high school (grades 9-12) are required to be accompanied by an adult.
• Adults who are accompanying children are required to supervise them before, during and after the game.

• The playground area next to the Center School will be closed during games.

• Outside food and/or beverages may not be brought into the stadium.

• Smoking, vaping and/or consumption of alcohol is not allowed anywhere on school property.

• Upon entry, all bags are subject to be searched.

• There will be no re-entry into the stadium upon leaving the event.
• For the rest of the season and playoffs, all fans must pay an entrance fee, even those students wearing Tewksbury Youth Football jerseys. The only exceptions are senior citizens.

We appreciate your cooperation and attention to these matters and are enthusiastically looking forward to an enjoyable season of athletic events for all.

Students who want milk only need to pay $.60 per day. Parents can add $$ to Paypam account, or send it into school, where Mrs. Naughton and her team will put it on your child's account.

The Heath Brook School is one of two primary schools that serve students aged three through 7 who learn in preschool through grade 1.
